In his Nov. 11th webcast, American economist and statesman Lyndon LaRouche presented the "Great Change of 2009," the first steps taken by the Russian and Chinese governments in mid-October, toward the establishment of the Four Powers agreement which LaRouche has specified, to bury the British monetarist empire, and establish a new American System-style credit system for world economic development. In his sequel, December 3, LaRouche will present the progress toward that agreement—and what must immediately be done to bring the United States on board.
