The continued existence of human life on Earth is dependent upon the rapid development of nuclear and thermonuclear capabilities, lest the “green” cultists bring on the otherwise inevitiable new dark age. Shown: an ITER (International Thermonuclear Experimental Reactor) fusion device, Naka, Japan.

On Saturday, November 2, 2013 we will be holding a day long conference entitled, "The Second American Revolution: Developing the Pacific and Ending the Grip of Empire," at Throop Church in Pasadena, as part of an ongoing international discussion between leaders of Eurasia with Lyndon LaRouche and his associates.

The world economy centered in the trans-Atlantic is without any hope of recovery under the current system. At this point, the only hope for a global recovery will be first, the immediate implementation of Glass-Steagall banking legislation in the U.S., and then second, an about face turn of the United States to a direct collaboration with China, Russia and the rest of Asia for advanced industrial and nuclear development. The alternative, as we saw with Syria, is thermonuclear war.

Fortunately, the Pacific basin and Eurasian development program was introduced by Helga Zepp-LaRouche in 1996, when she presented the New Silk Road and the Eurasian landbridge conception to a major conference in Beijing. Earlier, in 1983, Mr. LaRouche’s proposal of Strategic Defense under President Reagan began U.S. collaboration with Russian scientists on space defense systems.

Now, seventeen years since the Beijing conference, President Xi Jinping has proposed an expansion of the New Silk Road concept for Central Asia, and for a New Maritime Silk Road for Southeast Asia, while Russia has recently proposed reviving Reagan’s Strategic Defense for asteroid defense.

Most imperative to this Pacific orientation is the recent report by the LaRouchePAC research team, "Nuclear NAWAPA XXI - Gateway to the Fusion Economy," which, in direct collaboration with Lyndon LaRouche, has revived the necessity for a Manhattan-like program for commercial fusion energy and the implementation of a fusion based nuclear NAWAPA-XXI economy, extending development west from the Mississippi River across the Bering Strait and into Asia.

This is the future President Kennedy intended, and we celebrate that vision of theUnited States this November during the 50th anniversary of his untimely death.

The conference will address:

A Pacific Basin-centered Global Economy - The roles of the U.S., China and Russia are crucial in ending the system of empire, especially through collaboration on thermonuclear fusion energy.

A New Financial System - An international credit system premised on a Glass-Steagall banking system will be necessary for high energy-intense intercontinental development projects.

A Dialogue of Civilizations and a New Renaissance - The great legacy of the American System of economy in the Pacific, with the classical tradition of Bach, Mozart, Cusa, and Kepler is the foundation for a new culture of progress for all of mankind.

With this level of collaboration over the next twenty-five years, we can stabilize the world economy and offer an entirely new potential for generations to come!
